IMOS Consulting built a customer-oriented Network Services reporting system. This system combines Performance, Configuration, Call Center and Customer data, and publishes Utilisation and QoS Reports on a Web server that is accessible for company's Data & Multimedia clients. In addition, a Java-based multi-tier framework lets users access corporate backend databases through several applets from a standard Web browser.
